- 40mm Clean Granite as a regular stocked product
- Stock more High quality rockery of all different sizes
- Increase our fleet of waggons to improve delivery times
- Stock decorative Shap Granite Gabion stone
- Have take-away samples of all of our jointing products (Joint It Simple + FlowPoint)
- We aim to push our delivery service area to over 15 miles of the yard for both Bulk Bags and Loose Tipped Loads
- Improve our advertising and marketing to keep the customers up to date with offers
- Upload relevant content on social media and start doing online offers
- Share more of our customers projects and their reviews of Highfield
After we have got all these targets in place we aim to start selling on ecommerce sites like Facebook market and Ebay so keep an eye on our social media accounts.
At Highfield we only stock the best quality aggregates, so our next objective is to educate as many people about our materials and their potential. This blog will go into detail about any new products/ materials that we will be stocking.
NEW PRODUCT – 20mm Black Basalt
This aggregate is an extremely hard wearing black stone also know as Whinstone. When dry it appears to be grey in colour but once wet it has a fantastic deep black sheen. Perfect for driveways, edgings and rockery gardens. We often get asked for black decorative aggregates and this is our preferred choice.

NEW PRODUCT – Gritstone 75mm to Dust
This is a fantastic addition to the yard, great for a value for money back fill and it is also good for aiding in drainage. This comes from our local quarry at Brinscall which is well known for producing some world class stone.
Once compacted this sub base is ideal for many uses including;
- Bringing up a level for a garden
- Material to firm up soft ground
- Foundations under concrete
- Under flags
- Driveways
- Trench fill
- Back fill
